Most of Australia fails my screen. That's the point.
I'm Jamie Stone. I screen every suburb in the country on six supply-and-demand measures, with the thresholds fixed before I see the answer, and I only buy where the numbers pass.
Book a 15-minute callFree, by phone or video. I'll tell you straight whether I can help.
How I decide where to buy.
What the screen measures, why most suburbs fail it, and what that means for the budget you're working with.
Fifteen minutes. Here's exactly what happens.
You give me the numbers
Budget, deposit, where your finance is at, and when you want to buy.
I tell you what the screen says
Which markets are producing candidates at your budget right now, and which aren't.
You get a straight answer
Whether I can help, what it costs, and what the next step would be. If I can't help, I'll say so.
A good fit if you're
- Buying an investment property from $300,000
- Pre-approved, or already talking to a broker
- After a suburb chosen on evidence, not a sales pitch
- Short on time to research it yourself
Not a fit if you want
- Off-the-plan or house-and-land
- A guaranteed return
Pick a time that suits you.
Times are shown in Sydney time and the calendar converts them to yours. You'll get a confirmation email straight away.

I'm an international airline pilot, and I've been investing my own money in property for twenty years: buying, renovating, subdividing and selling across three states.
I live in Sydney. Right now I don't buy here.
I run this business around a roster, like most of the people I work with. That's why the method is written down and the thresholds are fixed. A process only works if it doesn't depend on me having a good day.

Four lines I don't use.
Bought below market value
What a property sells for after proper marketing largely is its market value. Below the asking price is a different claim, and it proves nothing.
Instant equity on settlement
Equity you can't draw on is a line in a brochure. Selling the next day hands back the stamp duty and costs you already paid.
Guaranteed returns
Nobody can guarantee how a property performs. Anyone offering it is mispricing the risk or counting on you never measuring the result.
The next hotspot
A forecast isn't a screen. My thresholds describe conditions that exist now, and anyone with the same data can check them.
Fair questions.
What does it cost?
A fixed fee, agreed in writing before any work starts and paid by you. It's never a percentage of the purchase price, and never paid by a seller or developer. I'll give you the exact figure on the call.
Where do you buy?
The screen covers every suburb in the country. My last run surfaced candidates in twelve markets across six states and territories.
Is there a minimum?
A $300,000 purchase price. Below that, a fixed fee takes too big a bite out of the return to be worth it for you.
What if I'm not ready yet?
Fifteen minutes is enough to work out whether now is the right time. Plenty of calls end with "not yet", and that's a fine answer.
